2.1 Services
Luisa Ludwig offers dance fitness classes held on fixed dates in small group format.
2.2 Prices & Payment
The price per class is 10 EUR unless stated otherwise.
Booking is confirmed only after full payment via Stripe.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
2.3 Minimum & Maximum Participants
Classes require a minimum of 4 participants and are limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
If the minimum number is not reached, the class may be cancelled or rescheduled. In that case, participants receive a full refund.
2.4 Cancellation Policy (Participant)
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the class: full refund
Cancellation less than 24 hours before the class: no refund
Refunds are processed via the original payment method.
2.5 Cancellation by Instructor
If the instructor cancels a class, participants receive a 100% refund.
2.6 Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.
By booking a class, participants acknowledge and accept this exception.
2.7 Liability
Participation in classes is at the participant’s own responsibility.
Participants confirm that they are physically fit to take part in a dance fitness class.
Luisa Ludwig cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents or health issues occurring during the class, except in cases of gross negligence.3. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

When booking a class, the following personal data may be collected:

Email address
Payment information (processed securely via Stripe)
3.2 Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is used exclusively for:
Managing bookings
Communication regarding classes
Accounting and legal obligations
3.3 Payment Provider
Payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe may process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
3.4 Data Retention
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for administrative and legal purposes.
